Moravian Place, our latest development in Bath has just been finished and can be visited at www.moravianplace.co.uk
Eleven contemporary apartments ranging in price from £165,000 to £250,000 will appeal to Bath folk who's lifestyle requires them to lock up and leave, park in secure grounds and be close enough to the city to stroll home in the evenings.
Oldfield Park has its own railway station and trains to Bristol are fast and frequent.
Views across to Bath's crescents and Beckford's Tower (http://www.bath-preservation-trust.org.uk/?id=9) remind you of the significance of the location.
Three apartments were sold prior to completion and Whitely Helyar should have no problems in mopping up demand for the remaining 8 plug and play homes (http://www.whiteleyhelyar.net/ ) over the summer.

  1. Those apartments seem great and floor plans is amazing. I wish I could buy them, since I’m tired of my landlord, but the price is bit too stretched for me. Anyhow, that is a great work. Kudos for that
