Our latest development, St George’s House, St George’s Place Bath BA1 3AA will be starting shortly. Eleven new homes with 16 garage and open parking spaces close to Queen Square in the heart of this picturesque Georgian City will be completed by Broadway Heritage by September 2014. Our architect Duncan Lawrence from the Architecture Practice has concocted a scheme of real variety. We have two houses fronting St George’s Place and six apartments with terraces and balconies within the scheme. Our contractors, Bath based CTS led by Jamie Dellow have worked with us for the last 5 years on various schemes. The Lines Group from Gloucester have designed the logo, brochure, website and initial site dressing. Martin Ebdon of the Lines Group is keen to ensure that we maximise the prominence of the site but is starting our exposure in a low key manner using 1940’s style billboards with pithy but intriguing messages accompanied by a QR code and website address. Philip Cobb of Cobb Farr and Frankie Watson of Knight Frank are confident that, in the current Bath market, demand will be good. Let’s hope so!
Our interiors are being designed and specified by Joseph King Interiors from Bristol. Nicky Ford is confident that we will be delighted – we always are – with her ideas and flair.

News of pre-sales to follow shortly (I hope!) …………..
